Prairie Badminton & Pickle Haus are a customer-first business that is eager to create a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere for people to play, train, learn, and grow. We are Manitoba’s top location for training athletes from beginner all the way to international level players.

We have 10 professional badminton courts, 2 professional pickleball courts, a pro-shop, and a private gym within our facility.

We are searching for an individual to take on a supervisory role who values customer service and has high standards for efficiency, communication, and professionalism. We are looking for an individual who can be a communication bridge between owners, receptionists, and coaches.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate and recommend appropriate products and services to customers
- Train and monitor employees
- Ensure facility is orderly and presentable
- Maintain Inventory of equipment and supplies
- Manage Pro-Shop inventory
- Manage Sales & Promotions
- Manage employee shifts
- Work with owners to brainstorm ways to improve efficiency, growth, and productivity
- Other related duties as required

**Skills &/or Experience**:

- Experience with customer service required
- Managerial/Supervisory experience is required
- Post-Secondary degree/certificate is beneficial
- Must be proficient in written and oral communication, and have good people skills
