**Who You'll Work With**
You will report to the Head of Growth and Commercial Operations and be a key member of the team, providing input across the business. This role is both strategic and hands-on, balancing data-driven decision-making with storytelling and team leadership.
**What You'll Be Doing**
We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Director who is eager to transition into an AVP, Growth and Brand Marketing role. This new position will be leading our go-to-market strategy and growth charter. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic vision, executional depth, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will be responsible for leading integrated marketing across B2B and B2C audiences, helping Kii Health gain market share and deliver measurable business outcomes.
**Growth Marketing**
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for B2B and B2C including acquisition, activation, performance marketing, SEO/ASO, partnerships, and performance marketing.
- Own and drive the performance marketing strategy across paid, organic, and referral channels to accelerate lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL (cost per lead), CAC (customer acquisition cost), and ROI; continuously iterate using funnel metrics, and conversion analytics.
- Collaborate with sales to align on pipeline goals, qualification criteria, and lead handoff processes.
**Brand and Messaging**
- Refine and strengthen Kii Health’s brand positioning and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Lead development of compelling narratives for our B2B services that resonate with HR decision-makers, health plan buyers, and partners.
- Guide the in-house content marketer in producing thought leadership, case studies, blogs, and social content.
- Activate Kii’s brand mission across key sponsor and member touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
**Marketing Strategy, Planning & Activation**
- Develop and execute insight-driven marketing plans that support growth objectives across employer-sponsored and direct-to-consumer segments.
- Translate sponsor and customer insights into actionable briefs; work closely with Product and Commercial teams to inform positioning and messaging.
- Lead creative and media strategy with agency partners.
- Lead and support execution of the client council in partnership with the Commercial team.
**Execution, Budget & Leadership**
- Manage and coach the in-house content marketer and agency partners to drive execution.
- Lead a culture of experimentation and performance, focused on testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Set and track KPIs to measure the impact of marketing efforts.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain scorecards to monitor delivery against business outcomes and strategic goals.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- 8-12 years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in growth/digital/performance marketing.
- Proven success in leading cross-channel demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Deep familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), ad platforms, and analytics tools.
