**900 Degrees Bistro Kitchen Staff Needed.**

We are looking for long-term Professionals that wish to join our award-winning kitchen team. 900 Degrees is opening a second location in Sidney, British Columbia. Offering different menu items from varying regions of Italy, as well as our classic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza. 900 Degrees Bistro is a different concept than the original Langford Location, with upscale dining, dishes, and less pizza focused.

You will be responsible for the daily preparation for service as well as working with the team to create a wide range of appetizers, entrees, pizzas, and pasta. We run a professional kitchen that is expected to be kept clean and organized.

We are looking for experienced cooks who have previously worked in restaurants with a high-volume kitchen, who are tidy, organized, and bring a positive attitude to work everyday.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurants (Italian preferred).
- Minimum 1-year kitchen experience. (preferred)
- Able to work independently, learn & work quickly.
- Food Safe Level 1.
- Knowledgeable with food & food handling procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
