- 1. Facilitate program delivery by providing tutorial assistance, psychomotor skills labs and seminars in designated areas of Saskatchewan. Coordinate and support clinical experiences and revise curriculum as needed. Knowledge and/or experience in distance education would be an asset.
2. Manage the learning environment; provide student support and counselling so as to facilitate student success.
3. Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide feedback.
4. Facilitate effective and efficient program administration and maintenance. Monitor program effectiveness.
5. Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships.
6. Travel may be required.- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE**Specific Accountabilities**
- This position will be responsible for the major revision work for the Critical Care nursing Program Comprehensive Program Review (CPR). You will convene regular meetings with the Academic Chair, Program Head and Program Development Consultant to discuss proposed course revisions, course assessment plans, and exam blueprints. You will ensure revision documents are complete as per established deadlines and ensure revisions are reflected in program materials. You will use the Policy and Procedure manual as your guiding document to work through the CPR. There may be times we will require casual work be completed for the CCN program.**Duties**

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- 1. A degree in nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Eligible for registration (active status) with the with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
3. Two years recent and relevant nursing experience in adult critical care.
5. Knowledge and/or experience in distance education and interactive media software incorporating web technologies into curriculum.
6. Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
7. Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
9. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
10. Effective communication skills (written and oral).
11. Effective interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
12. Effective instructional ability.
