**Tire Technician Job Description**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Perform tire repairs, including patching and plugging as necessary.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and recommend replacements or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance and services.
- Assist in sales by recommending additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling heavy equipment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar automotive role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes, particularly related to tire maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in a dealership environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during tire installation and maintenance tasks.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
