**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice on styles and products.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that complement the services provided.
- Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services rendered.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering is preferred, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Background in retail sales is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote products effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the grooming industry is essential.
