Currently seeking Commercial/Residential Plumbers for a 1.5-month project in the North West Territories. The project is a 40+ unit residential apartment building, Below is a description of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Water Heater repair and replacement.
- Water piping repair.
- Waste piping maintenance and repair.
- Snaking and Jet rodding.
- Faucet and Valve repair.
- Re-pipe existing homes and new structures.
- Remodel existing homes with Kitchen, and bathroom remodels.
- Installation of plumbing for new appliances & equipment.
- Drains and vents
- Bathroom fixtures installations

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Looking for persons with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
- Second/Third year & Journeyman Preferred.
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills.
- Work within a dynamic team-based atmosphere.
- Ability to work in shifts and/or overtime.
- Valid Driver’s Licence

Wage between $35-$40 depending on experience

Travel: Flights to Hay River will be covered

Accommodation: You will be provided with housing + $30 allowance everyday (minimum 6 work hrs during weekends, and 8 for weekdays)

The project will only be between 40-60 days.
