The key responsibilities of the Guest Services Agent position are:

- Checking in/out guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Registering all arriving guests while adhering to the company policies and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assisting guests at arrival and departure as well as during their stay
- Answering phones
- Transmitting & receiving messages using a telephone switchboard
- Processing reservation and cancellation requests
- Balancing payments and postings to house accounts
- Maintaining in-house guest accounts
- Keep records of room availability & guest accounts using the Five Star Property Management System
- Compute bills, collect payment, & make change for guests payments
- Accurately posting any and all related charges to guest and group accounts
- Answer any inquiries regarding rates, hotel facilities and Town amenities
- Understand, Participate in and execute emergency procedures as necessary
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Guest Services Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.45 per hour
