**Location**: Ottawa, Ontario

**Compensation**: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience and seniority level).

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Junior or Senior Denture Technician** to join our growing dental laboratory/clinic in Ottawa. This position is ideal for a skilled dental technician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about precision, aesthetics, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate, repair, and adjust full and partial dentures according to clinical specifications.
- Work with a variety of materials including acrylics, resins, and digital workflows (CAD/CAM when applicable).
- Support case planning and collaborate with clinicians to ensure accuracy and functionality of prosthetics.
- Maintain high standards of quality, precision, and consistency in all laboratory work.
- Stay current on evolving techniques and technologies in dental prosthetics.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sterilization protocols.

**Qualifications**:
**Junior Technician**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician (preferably with focus on removable prosthetics).
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior team members.

**Senior Technician**:

- 5+ years of experience specializing in dentures and removable prosthetics.
- Advanced knowledge of denture fabrication techniques and materials.
- Experience collaborating directly with clinicians on complex cases.
- Ability to mentor junior technicians and contribute to process improvements.
