As the Sales Analytics Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights that inform our sales strategies and enhance overall performance. If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making, we would love to hear from you.

**Language Requirement**: Bilingual (English & French)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Data Analysis**: Leverage advanced data analytics techniques to examine sales data, uncover trends, and identify key opportunities for process improvement and revenue generation.
- ** Reporting & Insights**: Develop and present clear, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership, using insights to guide strategic decision-making and sales optimization.
- ** Collaborative Strategy Development**: Partner with sales teams to provide actionable insights that improve sales strategies, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- ** Performance Metrics**: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team effectiveness, client engagement, and overall business performance.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Recommend and implement strategies for continuous sales process enhancement based on data-driven insights and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Experience in sales analytics or business intelligence is preferred.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and CRM software.
- ** Certifications**: Relevant analytics certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus.
- ** Language Skills**: Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- ** Other Skills**: Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
