**Job Summary**:
As the **Vice President of Hospitality,** you will oversee all operations and teams managing the food and beverage services for the thousands of guests who visit our **Assiniboine Park Conservancy** annually. Your role will involve strategic planning, direction, and control of our food service, gate staff and retail units, while ensuring exceptional customer and client relations are maintained.

- Drive financial profitability through reporting and budgeting.
- Oversee control of all purchasing and Implements cost controls as needed
- Build and maintain positive relations with internal and externals stakeholders as well as the Client.
- Drive best in class hospitality standards while staying informed of market and industry trends.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Levy Canada’s goals and objectives
- Protect the company's reputation by proactively addressing key issues and promoting positive storytelling.
- Responsible for constructing a high performing operations team while keeping everyone accountable for job responsibilities and roles.

- A minimum of 10 years in Food and Beverage Management experience in a multi-unit environment. Experience managing a high-volume Food & Beverage operation that includes full-service dining, banquets & catering and quick service.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and desire to solve complex challenges.
- Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills allow you to use data metrics effectively to build and strengthen client partnerships, manage and mentor teams, and create a collaborative work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation building and delivery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate staff
- Expert in Windows based office software
