Our services can be found securing office buildings, commercial and retail properties, warehouses, distributions centers, condominiums, and residential sites.
- Hold a valid Manitoba Security Guard License
- Be physically able to perform security duties
- Highly reliable
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other mobile apps.
- Must work well under pressure and be attentive to detail
- Bilingualism (English/French) is always a benefit

**Your responsibilities will vary depending on shift or site posted and may include the following**:

- Access Control.
- Camera Monitoring.
- Report taking and writing.
- Detecting theft & making lawful arrests.
- Conducting foot patrols.
- Conducting mobile (vehicle) patrols.
- Ensuring client property is secure in accordance with post orders.
- Securing premises as required by site post orders.
- Completing reports, both electronic and written.

Along with your commitment and capacity to provide superior customer service, security, and protection to our clients and their assets, confidentiality is a mandatory requirement of employment. Employees are not permitted to take photos or videos on job sites for personal reasons.
- Graduated from High School minimum post-Secondary preferred.
- Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check with vulnerable selection.
- Must have a valid Class 5F Drivers Licence and must have a clean driving record.
- Must have successfully complete the Manitoba Security Guard Training (MSGTP) Program course in order to be licensed as a Security Guard in Manitoba with a minimum of 1 years experience in a Security or Loss Prevention role.
- FA1 - Emergency First Aid & CPR /AED although (FA2) is preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills are required; (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Mobile IOS/Android Apps).
- Ability to walk large areas, sit or stand for extended periods of time, indoors and out as needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to follow direction.
- Leadership skills would be an asset.
- Required to work with a high level of independence and proficiency in conflict resolution.
