We are looking for an **EXPERIENCED** service appointment coordinator to join our team.

**NOTE** This is a full time position, not seasonal or for students returning to school in the fall.

Applicants **WILL NOT** be considered if they do not hold previous dealership experience.
- Requirements:_
- Prior experience in customer service and dealership settings
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge helps
- Duties will include:_
- Answering phone calls
- Making outbound phone calls
- Cashing out customers
- Booking Appointments
- Assisting customers & co-workers

**Experience**:

- Automotive dealership : 1-2 years (required)
- customer service: 2 years (required)

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
