**You, as an Intermediate Infrastructure Analyst will**:

- Provide support and maintain our IT systems across networking, server, and end-user environments with the expansion of the Valley Line LRT.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and industrial networking equipment (e.g., Cisco, MOXA)
- Support and administer Windows and/or Linux servers, including patching, performance monitoring, and backup routines
- Provide desktop support including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for end-users
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions using tools such as Active Directory and Group Policy
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, asset inventories, and incident logs
- Maintain and support IT equipment across offices and remote locations, including troubleshooting cabling and connectivity issues
- Participate in a 24/7 On-Call rotation for critical IT incidents and emergencies
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights when scheduled
- Ensure timely response and resolution of IT support tickets according to SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on infrastructure-related projects or escalations

**Is this the right role for you?**
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system support roles
- You have Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, MCSA/MCSE, or CompTIA Server+
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and MOXA equipment
- Experience with Windows Server administration (roles, services, backups)
- Proficiency in desktop management for Windows OS environments (imaging, deployment, patching)
- Solid knowledge of IT support best practices and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and participate in on-call rotations
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing IT environments
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine)
- Exposure to monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus

**Working Conditions**:

- Rotational shift work and on-call responsibilities
- Office and on-site environment with potential travel to remote locations
- May involve physical activity such as lifting equipment, running cables, etc
