**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
