SSR Mining - Seabee Gold Operation is hiring for a **HR Business Partner - Recruiting Specialist**.

**About Your New Role**:
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, Camp & Administration, the HR Business Partner - Recruiting Specialist, will be responsible for providing recruiting and talent acquisition services, expertise and guidance for the Seabee Gold Operation. This role is challenging, dynamic and fast paced.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating commitment and understanding of business needs and priorities to become a trusted business partner.

- Driving change with a focus on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.

- Developing policy/procedures as related to recruiting and talent acquisition, including communication roll out and updates.

- Coordinating and liaising with key stakeholders in recruiting activities such as the HR Supervisors, Site Admin, Safety & Training and Finance department personnel.

- Leading and participating in HR recruiting projects with exceptional attention to detail and innovative thinking.

- Promoting and maintaining a results - driven, continuous improvement, performance culture throughout the operation and recommending solutions and improvements to current HR processes and programs.

- Conducting and facilitating training sessions on HR related topics including but not limited to orientations, leadership development, etc.

- Continuous improvement of onboarding activities including the Supervisors’ onboarding guide and checklist.

- Attend recruiting fairs, talent acquisition events and collaborating with community organizations in all recruiting activities.

- Attend presentations to outside institutions such as: SIIT, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, etc.

- Research, develop and coordinate specialty hiring programs such as summer students, co-op students, Engineers in Training (EIT), Process Operations program etc.

- Any other duties as assigned by the department.
