**How you’ll contribute**

As one of our **DZ Propane Delivery Drivers**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the movement of our Propane cylinders and accessories through:

- Safely operating company Tandem Axle DZ truck to deliver and pick-up propane cylinders to and from customer sites as well as transfers between Stephenson’s yards and facilities within given time parameters.
- Ensuring the safe loading, securing, and unloading small to large (up to 5 ft.) propane cylinders using safe maneuvering techniques.
- Checking that cylinder’s being picked-up are returned undamaged and with all associated accessories.
- Completing all paperwork and following procedures related to the delivery and pick-up of products on client sites.
- Maintain all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management computer system.
- Conducting yourself professionally while providing solutions-based customer service, explaining product features, and providing instructions for safe operating techniques
- Maintaining cleanliness of the company truck and completing all daily tasks and reports related to vehicle usage such as truck refueling, run sheets, inspection reports and maintenance.
- Completing a daily truck inspection at the start of the day and reporting any damage or maintenance requirements to your supervisor
- Immediately advise your supervisor of all customer complaints.
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies and conducting safe work practices while on client sites, including wearing all required PPE
- Checking in with your supervisor for additional duties as assigned including, but not limited to, pre-loading, equipment checks, etc.

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 21 years of age
- DZ Class Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract (valid within the last 90 days)
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- At least 1 year of DZ Class driving and delivery experience
- Experience with transporting propane cylinders, construction equipment (general tools, generators, air compressors, industrial heaters etc.) or similar industry experience is strongly preferred
- Willing to work independently in all types of weather
- Able to properly maneuver and load/unload heavy cylinder shipments, lifting up to 50 lbs. where required
- Superior customer service skills and able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
