**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Support skilled trades by carrying out basic tasks as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist in the transportation of materials within the job site as needed
- Support team members in completing project milestones efficiently

**Skills**
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment handling
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work environments

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
