As our

**Receptionist**
, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our showroom. Your responsibilities include:
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and friendliness
- Schedule customer appointments and manage a busy phone system
- Handle administrative tasks and provide general office support
- Maintain accountability and ensure daily operations are completed to standard
- Support colleagues and management while upholding company policies
- Represent GreenFox with integrity in all interactions

**Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service skills, with tact and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate tasks logically
- Attention to detail, including proofreading and editing skills
- A dedicated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
