We are currently looking for a Full-Time RECE. Registered Early Childhood Educators will work closely with all employees in the organization to plan and develop age-appropriate programs to enhance the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional develop according to Organization’s program statement and philosophy and the Child Care Early Years Act, using Early Learning for Every Child Today (ELECT), and How Does Learning Happen? Assessment for Quality Improvement (AQI) and Public Health Guidelines
Registered Early Childhood Educators are expected to develop and maintain professional relationships with families
- Be a registered ECE and in good standing with the College of ECE
- Current CPR and First Aid Training (level C or higher)
- Diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education
- Willing to obtain a new Vulnerable Sector Check

**Responsibilities**:

- Acts as lead staff when working with early childhood assistants (ECA), and supply staff.
- Directs teaching assistants, supply staff and placement students.
- Responsible for the constant supervision, safety, and well-being of 10-24 children ranging in ages 0-4 years
- Responsible for weekly programming and observations of children
- Maintaining health and safety in the classroom and centre
- Having ongoing communication with families and building trusting bonds
- Working as a team player
- All other duties assigned on a day to day basis
