**What will you do?**
- Work closely with our Design Team, agency partners, and internal partners to develop global content for internal and external audiences while also ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
- Manage Sun Life’s corporate LinkedIn presence, including content planning, publishing, community management and performance reporting.
- Support governance of corporate content and channels, helping establish best practices, processes and reporting standards.
- Lead day-to-day project management including timelines, stakeholder reviews and approvals.
- Ensure all content and campaigns align with our brand guidelines and support strategic priorities.
- Build wrap reports for leadership that measures and reports on performance for corporate brand content.
- Maintain project document repositories.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- University or college degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Communications or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a marketing or brand role, with project management experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience working with agencies or external partners on creative execution.
- Collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Passion for purpose-driven marketing and elevating brand creative.
- Ability to manage multiple activities with competing timelines and varying complexity.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
