We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and personable trainer to join our team and help develop the next generation of top-tier garage door technicians.
Position Overview
As a Garage Door Repair Trainer, you will be responsible for training new and existing technicians on proper installation, repair, and safety techniques. Your role will involve hands-on instruction, in-field demonstrations, and ensuring that all team members meet our high standards for workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate proper techniques for installation, repair, and maintenance of garage doors and openers.
Provide safety training to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
Assist in developing training materials and manuals.
Occasionally perform in-field work to support the team and ensure training aligns with real-world needs.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 1 year experience in garage door installation and repair.
Previous training or team leadership experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to teach both technical skills and customer service best practices.
Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable car.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $2,000/month.
Commission: 25% commission on qualifying sales and services.

Pay: $2,000.00 per month
