This position will be located within various locations in the Greater Vancouver Area, and primarily in person in our Surrey office/warehouse. The position also requires weekend availability.

**SUMMARY**:

- Adventure Outdoors_ is looking for **Operations & Store/ Warehouse Supervisor **to join the team. In this role, responsibilities include maintaining the warehouse equipment as well as interacting with customers, providing demonstrations, upselling, inventory procurement, deliveries/ pickups and participating in community activities. The individual will be responsible for installation services and managing as well as fitting cargo equipment on vehicles. In addition, you will have an opportunity of a lifetime in helping set the next stage of AO's operations on a larger scale than ever before. **REQUIREMENTS**:
The applicant must be:

- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, has work permit, or person whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and are legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
- Full BC Drivers License Required

- Able to use Google Suite and learn digital tools/platforms quickly

**DAILY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:

- Assist with transporting/ driving equipment to and from our location
- Assist with handling bulky and heavy outdoor equipment
- Assist with instructing customers on the use of equipment and safety procedures
- Assist with installing and taking down car accessories and outdoor equipment
- Assist with maintenance of equipment in the warehouse as well as picking up and dropping off equipment for customers via company car
- Processing orders and shipping/ delivering
- Dealing with customers, in person, via phone, and online
- Sending quotes and custom recommendations based on customer needs
- Sell and upsell store items
