**About the role**

Working as a key leader within our Security team, the Security Shift Manager is a hands-on role, working with and supporting the Security team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and a culture of care, while ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant environment for both employees and customers.

This role will require you to think on your feet and use your problem-solving skills to deal with issues that arise while on shift, as well as effectively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders across the site to ensure a smooth operation. Proven leadership skills, reliability, and flexibility, as well as a positive can do attitude will be essential to be considered for this role. Having previous experience working within a regulated environment would be advantageous.

This is a Full-Time opportunity, working 12 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off roster that will include nights and weekends.

To be successful in this role, you will also:

- Be able to manage a team, delegate tasks effectively and maintain oversight
- Be a great problem solver who is able to take initiative and think on your feet
- Be an effective, confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Be physically able to undertake the requirements of the position
- Be aged 20 years or above with a clear criminal history due to licencing requirements
