Our Entry Level Associate team assists in aiding residential customers by supplying them with telecommunication service alternatives. We take pride in working with our telecommunication clients, providing our Entry Level Associates with opportunities to participate in direct sales campaigns emphasizing community outreach and enrollment initiatives. Our team of Entry Level Associate professionals are determined, motivated, and excited to drive sales and make a massive impact for our clients. **Responsibilities as an Entry Level Associate**:

- Engage directly with homeowners to promote new telecommunication services available to them within their area, initiating the sales process through in-person connection
- Communicate clearly with residential customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement effective direct sales strategies through engagement and presentations designed to increase new customer acquisitions
- Directly engage in the sales process with each residential customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins
- Professionally represent our clients to homeowners and communities, driving increased awareness through superior customer interactions
- Educate homeowners on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
- Efficiently navigate the order entry system and schedule dates as necessary

**Requirements as an Entry Level Associate**:

- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations is a plus
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion
- Enthusiasm for making a difference in consumers' lives
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team
- Highly persuasive, customer-centric, courteous, self-disciplined, and honest work ethic
- Unrivaled interpersonal skills with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale

Pay: $3,900.00-$7,800.00 per month
