Neecheewam Inc. has **Casual, Part-time and Full-time positions available.** Shifts will include Days, Evenings, Weekends, Awake Overnigths and On-call duties as required. There are opportunities available to move from casual, to permanent part time and to full time positions at Neecheewam.

**Key Qualifications Required**:
Ø Child & Youth Care Diploma preferred, and experience working with children, and at-risk youth, plus training, education, and experience in the helping field.

Ø Knowledge and appreciation of the Indigenous Culture and Traditions and strong knowledge of the issues affecting our children, families, and communities.

Ø Have demonstrated leadership qualities and must be able to work independently and as a valued team member.

Ø Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Ability to conduct oneself in a professional capacity when dealing with all CFS Agencies or any other related external organizations.

Ø Organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills are necessary and possess a high level of advocacy skills.

Ø Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident in decision making.

Ø Valid Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Prior Contact Check are required.

Ø Valid First Aid/CPR, and NVCI certification required.

Ø Valid Driver’s License required.

**Salary**: $15.55-$16.02 per hour
