**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at LCM Property Services. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various properties. Your commitment to quality service will directly contribute to our mission of providing superior cleaning solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including entry ways, common areas, and facilities.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective results.
- Handle heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and building managers.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required.
- Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and facilities maintenance is an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
