**Who We Are**

**Duties and Responsibilities of the Siding Installer**
- Ability to safely operate various hand and power tools
- Assemble and disassemble scaffolding
- Occasionally prepare material take-offs
- Complete primarily vinyl siding installations (horizontal and vertical) ranging from renovations to entire homes; ability to install wood board and batten siding an asset but not necessary
- Ability to install soffit, fascia, and eavestrough
- Familiarity with installing mechanically-fastened or synthetic stone façade products such as Fusion Stone or Novik Stone also an asset
- Practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite
- Demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices
- Clearly and proactively communicate job site conditions and any potential concerns that may affect completion of the job to the Site Supervisor
- Lift and carry heavy objects and other building materials
- Ability to operate motorized equipment such as a boom lift or scissor lift an asset

**Experience and Requirements of the Siding Installer**
- 1+ year experience as a Siding Installer within the construction industry
- Broad knowledge and experience in siding installation
- A general understanding of building codes, safety guidelines and regulations
- The ability to read and comprehend blueprints and various construction documents including work orders, change orders, etc.
- Operate and maintain various power and manual tools
- Ability to work at heights
- Must be reliable
- Follow established protection and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must have excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work without supervision at times
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout our service area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- roofing: 1 year (preferred)
