**Type**: Replacement
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Research Coordinator II to join our Learning Health Systems (LHS) team. This is a unique opportunity to support a transformative approach to healthcare by contributing to initiatives that bridge research, clinical practice, and continuous learning. Working closely with the Manager, LHS, and key partners across the organization, the Research Coordinator II will play a critical role in advancing LHS-related projects and supporting change management strategies.
Summary of Duties but Not Limited To
- Coordinate Steering Committee activities including meeting logistics, landscape reviews, and progress tracking
- Conduct literature and landscape reviews to support LHS model development
- Facilitate communication with external exemplar sites
- Assist in developing and managing the LHS Collaboratory
- Organize monthly LHS seminar series and engage internal and external stakeholders
- Support communication strategies including content for newsletters and internal updates
- Assist with organizational change initiatives, training material development, and capacity-building activities
- Coordinate design and implementation of PROMs across clinical areas
- Work with clinical and technical teams to integrate PROMs into EMR systems
- Analyze PROMs data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop personalized feedback mechanisms to inform clinical practice and support patient-centered care
- Support planning and execution of academic events, including seminars, workshops, and award programs
- Prepare reports, support stakeholder communication, and manage logistics
- Assist in nomination and adjudication processes
- Foster internal and external engagement to ensure alignment with institutional goals

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related or research-focused field (Master’s degree an asset)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in research coordination, healthcare quality, or health system innovation
- Strong understanding of health systems, quality improvement, or learning health systems
- Experience with literature reviews, data analysis, and project management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with EMRs, patient-reported measures, and change management processes is an asset
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with a wide variety of people at different levels
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; works well independently, uses good judgment, and takes initiative
- Good understanding of research design and research ethics
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the PHIPA
- Ability to perform duties in a professional and courteous manner and produce high quality work while meeting deadlines in accordance to WCH standards
- Good work and attendance record required

- Professional behavior and communication that meets the standards of the professional regulatory college or association, as applicable, and the standards of Women’s College Hospital
