**Co-op Student - IT Enterprise Architecture - Fall September 2025**

Hours of work: Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Flexible Work Role: Hybrid

Annual salary: 1,792.24 - $2,257.45 biweekly

**What you'll do**

The location for this position is our Downtown Dunsmuir Location.
- We are looking for team-oriented, 3rd or 4th year Co-op students who demonstrates strong communications,

interpersonal, organized and problem-solving skills.
- Working with IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) team will include:

- Gaining knowledge and experience with various IT enterprise architecture domains (eg, Business, Infrastructure, IT/OT

Cybersecurity, Data Analytics etc)
- Having the opportunity to experience what EA team does and responsible for from enterprise strategy, roadmap and

governance.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for the EA team. Governance meetings planning and minutes taking.
- Exposure to various architecture and task management platforms/tools (LeanIX, JIRA)
- Assist with creating and updating of strategy presentation materials
- Tasks will be assigned based on the needs of the department and strengths of the student.

**What you bring**

post-secondary institution in Canada.
- 3rd of 4th year students studying computer science; with previous work experience are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both English written and oral) skills and the ability to work efficiently,

independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills, combined with good judgement and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong in listening, planning, coordination and communication in professional manner
- Have experience using Microsoft M365 tools (eg, Outlook, Onenote, Teams, Word, Sharepoint)
- Experience with task management tools like JIRA would be an asset.
- Proficient and experience with producing professional presentation materials using MS Powerpoint, Excel, Visio etc.

**What we offer**
- As a condition of employment at BC Hydro, a background check clearance will be required.
- This position is for a four month work term with a potential to extend for one additional term.
- Students are expected to work at the job location for their co-op role and it is the student’s responsibility to relocate

themselves if necessary.
