**What you'll do**:
To provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction in the Club Lounge by providing quality service to Sheraton Toronto Airport standards while exceeding guest expectations

**The responsibilities of this position include**:

- To provide and display excellent guest service skills, to Sheraton Toronto Airport standards.
- To provide superior guest service to guests occupying the Club Lounge.
- To respond to guest problems in a timely and professional manner, utilizing the empowerment process.
- To answer telephones and respond to caller requests, inquiries.
- To set up and prepare breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, evening hors d’oeuvres, newspapers, etc.
- To provide support to Front Office as required.
- To respond to guest concerns and solicit guest feedback.
- To provide guest safety/security by ensuring confidentiality of guest information and handling guestroom keys.
- To maintain control of guest access to the lounge.
- To maintain cleanliness of the Kitchen area and guest lounge area.
- To set up and monitor use of guest bar, including alcohol, beer, wine, spirits.
- To perform daily and monthly inventory, stocking Lounge as required.
- To participate in the daily pre-shift meetings.
- All other job/duties as assigned.
- **Flexible to work a variety of shifts and must be available to work the weekend shift**

**What you'll offer us**:

- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel preferred, PMS an asset.
- Service-oriented with problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional language(s) an asset.
- High school graduation diploma required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.88-$25.38 per hour
