Within CO+I, the Global Supply Chain team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing growth of the Cloud and our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. Furthermore, we support the Operations team that manages and runs the cloud assets. We are looking to fill a critical role of Construction Contracts Administrator on our Supply Chain Execution team to lead a program of build projects in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
As a Construction Contracts Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of contracts related to construction projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to manage contractual agreements, mitigate risks, and drive compliance at the Construction job site. Your attention to detail, your commercial, contractual and negotiation skills, and ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes will be essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:
**Documentation Management and Reporting**:
- Prepare regular status reports on issues, risks and mitigations for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare contractual notices and register the logs as appropriate using language from terms & conditions.
- Manage the change orders as per contractual terms and conditions.
- Claims management as required per contractual terms and conditions.
- Participate in daily, weekly construction meetings at site along with owner stakeholder to provide commercial feedback when required.
- Ensure SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and Microsoft Compliance for document filing and document repository.
**Project Procurement**:
- Participate in sourcing activities for General Contractors, Architect Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Cost Management, Project Management, and other various professional services as required.
- Execute sourcing plans to ensure delivery of approved contract strategies and project objectives, on time and within budget as per executed contracts.
- Assisting in developing suitable negotiation strategies for scope creep, change orders and claims throughout the lifecycle of the contracts.
- Contribute to supplier evaluation and prepare contract award proposals on an as needed basis.
**Contract Review and Compliance**:
- Understanding of the contract terms and conditions while ensuring compliance from relevant parties.
- Executes procurement contracting strategies for data center construction projects and/or purchasing opportunities to achieve optimal cost and continuity of supply and services.
- Execute project closeout requirements including claims settlement and demonstrating a complete understanding of lien waivers.
**Change Order Management**:
- Assist in Change Order negotiations with input from key stakeholders.
- Monitor and mitigate the impact of change orders to the project, and partners cross-functionally to resolve/escalate accordingly.
- Attend change management meetings and report on open change orders as applicable.
- Assist as the commercial Subject Matter Expert and advise on all change orders based on contractual terms and conditions.
**OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) Management & Quality Assurance**:
- Help facilitate equipment once delivered to site, including inspections and appropriate sign offs as per contractual obligation.
- Address quality-related issues as they arise and report as appropriate and work with Project Procurement Managers.
- Partner with Labor Planning team on Field Service Representative (FSR) constraints during Cx (Commissioning). Ensure GC (General Contractors) schedules are coordinated with Vendor Labor constraints.
**Coordination & Communication**:
