Customer Service Team Member

Mac Outpost St Catharines has been in business

for over 25 years; helping consumers, personal and small

businesses alike, with repairs and having a better understanding

of their equipment or what is available to them.

**Hours of employment**

10:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday to start

Be available for possible Saturday hours

**Starting Wage**

We are offering a starting wage of $17.00 per hour or higher depending on experience

**Responsibilities**

Front office support with clients - iOS devices iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad etc

Maintaining front office cleanliness

Creating documents and taking information from clients for service repair intake

Having an excellent understanding of iOS Devices and the related software system to help with issues

Be upfront, honest and hardworking connecting with our clients, creating great relationships

Have clear written and verbal communication skills.

Must be willing to complete initial and continual on-line training modules

to meet job requirements
