Howson & Howson Limited currently has an opening for a Miller in its Flour Mill in Blyth, ON.

Position Summary:

- The process used in our mill is unique to the Canadian Flour Milling Industry, there will be extensive training for new millers in a team atmosphere.
- Once training is complete millers operate the mill producing an end product that meets or exceeds customer specifications.
- Sanitation duties completed throughout shifts.
- Some maintenance duties.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Flour Milling experience would be an asset
- Able to work on rotating shift
- Effective communication skills
- Good problem solving skills and decision making
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team and independently
- Proficient Math Skills
- Good organization, time management and prioritizing skills
- High level of personal integrity
- Strong work ethic
- Accountable and Dependable
