**Rôle**:
WestGroupe, un chef de file dans l'industrie de l'optique, est à la recherche d’un(e) **représentant(e) des ventes** pour couvrir les provinces de l’Atlantique. Nous recherchons une personne axée sur les résultats, capable de travailler de manière autonome pour établir et maintenir de solides relations avec la clientèle, développer de nouveaux comptes et offrir un service après-vente exceptionnel.

**Responsabilités**:

- Maintenir et développer les relations avec la clientèle existante
- Ouvrir de nouveaux comptes par la prospection active
- Présenter et vendre les collections de montures de l’entreprise
- Participer à des événements commerciaux et d’entreprise
- Élaborer des plans d’action et atteindre les objectifs de ventes
- Effectuer des rencontres en personne avec les clients quotidiennement
- Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe

**Profil recherché**:

- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en vente
- Hautement motivé(e) et orienté(e) vers les résultats
- Autonome, mais aussi efficace en travail d’équipe
- Capacité à soulever et transporter des sacs d’échantillons (jusqu’à 30 lb)
- À l’aise avec les déplacements quotidiens dans les provinces de l’Atlantique
- Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles
- Attitude professionnelle et respectueuse
- Permis de conduire et véhicule requis

**Rémunération**:
Rémunération 100 % à commission (revenus estimés entre **100 000 $ et ++**), avec certaines dépenses à prévoir (hôtel, essence, véhicule).

Territoire déjà bien établi depuis plus de 20 ans.

Inclut une allocation voiture, des bonis et des avantages sociaux.

**Role**:
WestGroupe, a leader in the optical industry, is looking for a **Sales Representative** to cover the Atlantic provinces. We are seeking a results-driven individual who can work independently to build and maintain strong customer relationships, open new accounts, and deliver outstanding after-sales service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Prospect and open new accounts
- Present and sell the company’s eyewear collections
- Attend trade and company events
- Create action plans and achieve sales objectives
- Conduct daily in-person client meetings
- Perform other related duties as needed
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Independent and self-driven, but also a team player
- Physically fit (able to carry sample bags up to 30 lbs)
- Open to daily travel within the Atlantic provinces
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional and respectful attitude
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle

**Compensation**:
100% commission-based (expected earnings between **$100,000 and ++**), with typical expenses (hotel, gas, car).

Established territory with over 20 years of presence.

Includes car allowance, bonuses, and benefits.
