**About the Role**:
The Parts & Consumables Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery. This person works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to answer inquiries, provide product information, track shipments, and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to parts and consumables.
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts, providing product information, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare and process customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
- Track orders through to delivery and proactively update customers on status.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely shipment.
- Work with service technicians and project teams to confirm part requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts, consumables, and equipment to provide accurate recommendations.
- Support with parts quality checks.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Resolve customer issues, returns, and warranty claims in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ERP, or inventory management system.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, parts coordination, or inside sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or inventory management software an asset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
