**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- **Livestock Care & Management**: Feed, water, monitor health, and administer medications to cattle.
- **Breeding Assistance**: Manage breeding programs, assist with calving, and ensure calf health.
- **Farm Maintenance**: Repair and maintain fences, barns, and other infrastructure.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate tractors, loaders, and other machinery for feeding, planting, and harvesting.
- **Crop Management**: Plant, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest crops as needed.
- **Pasture & Range Management**: Rotate grazing, control weeds, and implement soil conservation.
- **Record Keeping**: Track livestock inventory, health, breeding, crop yields, and farm expenses.
- **General Farm Work**: Perform routine farm tasks, including haymaking and farm safety compliance.
- **Environmental Practices**: Implement sustainable agriculture practices and comply with environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in livestock handling and farm operations.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of cattle health, breeding, and nutrition.
- Proficiency in operating farm machinery (tractors, loaders, etc.).
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual labor, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Endurance to work long hours, especially during peak seasons.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability and a strong work ethic

This position is based in Calderbank, SK

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
