**Toyota Town is looking for a Jr. Service Advisor to join our growing team**

ToyotaTown, located here in London, Ontario, is looking to expand its’ Service Department

**Responsibilities**:

- Well-rounded background in customer service.
- Have a “Customer first” and “Fix it right the first time” mentality.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to work with customers to understand their needs.
- Confident in their approach with customers to negotiate win-win.
- Sustains a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strives to go the extra mile to meet the quality standards our customers expect.
- Takes self-initiative to execute tasks but is also motivated in a team environment to achieve common goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Mandarin is an asset but not required**:

- Valid Driver’s License with recent drivers abstract
- Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers and staff by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
- Service background and/or knowledge preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reynolds experience is an asset
