Powrmatic is looking for a customer service-oriented **Warehouse clerk** to join the team at our **Ottawa branch**.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Perform truck safety check, alert supervisor of any concerns
- Load truck and ensure load is secure prior to starting run
- Proceed with priority deliveries first
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers/branch staff in unloading orders
- Make all requested deliveries/pick ups, unload returns off the truck and advise receiver of the arrival
- Complete different tasks inside a warehouse

**Skills**:

- Must have a drivers license in good standing and must provide written proof of driving record
- Previous experience in the HVAC and Hearth products distribution industry (asset)
- Previous forklift experience (asset)
- Commitment to customer service to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers and customers
- Flexibility to work overtime occasionally to complete a delivery or pick-up
- Ability to work in a productive manner with little supervision
- Physically fit in order to carry and move large and awkward items (up to 100 lbs)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
