Red Barn Market is looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead one of our 8 locations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As the face of Red Barn Market, you’ll embody our values of honesty, integrity, and outstanding customer service in every interaction with staff and customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate department managers and store staff
- Oversee daily operations across all departments
- Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve concerns
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, sales, and wage costs
- Execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe store environment

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a grocery retail environment
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in an organized and tidy fashion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Outstanding leadership and customer service skills
- Daytime, evening, and weekend availability
- Experience with cash management and store financials, including budgeting, sales tracking, and wage control
