**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Support month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding financial transactions and reporting.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support as needed.

**Experience**
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.47-$33.04 per hour
