Shuttle/chauffeur Driver

_**CALLING ALL SHUTTLE /CHAUFFEUR CONTRACT DRIVERS**_
- **APPLY NOW**_ _for this exciting contract opportunity to work _**May 5-July 5, 2025**_ _driving clients throughout the Calgary/Kananaskis area and utilizing your excellent customer service skills_

You must provide the following documents prior to potentially being hired:

- **Alberta Driver’s License** (must be a VALID class 4, 2 or 1) - new copies will be required each time the License is renewed or changed.
- **5-Year Drivers Abstrac**t—Unless otherwise directed, new abstracts will be requested every 6 months at the employee's expense.
- **3-year insurance Claims History Letter**:

- from your Insurance Company (or Companies depending on length of time with current Insurance Company) or experience letter from previous employer.
- **Defensive Driving Course Certificate** - All Drivers will complete a Defensive Driving Course offered at our office within 60 days of hire if you do not have a valid one currently. DDC must be renewed every 2 years unless otherwise directed and taken at our location.
- **Security Clearance (including vulnerable sector)** - at the expense of the employee.
- **Require essential elements of a Chauffeur wardrobe** (suit, dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes) and cell phone
**- company vehicle will be supplied for the transportation of clients**
- **The Shuttle/Chauffeur driver will possess the following skills and attributes**:_
- The ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships between themselves, as a representative of Prestige Transportation, other employees of tappCONNECT Inc., customers, passengers, and the public.
- **Above-average knowledge of the City of Calgary and Kananaskis area**, specifically including the downtown core and most common routes to and from the International Calgary Airport to the location destination.
- Ability and willingness to treat all employees, customers, and passengers with respect and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, Dispatchers, Customer Service Agents, Trainers, and Management.
- Ability to receive and offer constructive feedback relating to their position and the company in general.
- The ability to act in good faith.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- The ability to take and follow direction as given by Management, Admin, Dispatchers, Trainers, and Customer Service Agents.
- Experience working in a customer service-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent driving, communication, and human relations skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to seek clarification and help when necessary.
- The ability to address concerns in a constructive, respectful, and timely manner.
- The ability to remain calm and customer service-focused while adhering to tight scheduling deadlines.
- The ability to lift and load luggage weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- The ability and willingness to follow company policies, including the dress code.
- The ability and willingness to adhere to the Driver Code of Conduct as outlined in this Driver Handbook.
- Host and interact with a diverse client base while always being discreet and professional.

**The Shuttle/Chauffeur driver will also meet the following requirements**:

- Complete all required paperwork correctly and accurately and submit all required paperwork daily.
- Complete additional training as required by the project
- Must provide RCMP Criminal Record Check
- 5 - year Clean Drivers Abstract
- Respond to all requests on time.
- Agree to all aspects of this job description
