Natures Crops International (NCI), a leading producer and manufacturer of specialty plant oils for use in personal care, dietary supplement, and food industries, has an immediate opening for a Shift Lead at our oilseed processing facility and refinery in Kensington, PE.

The Shift Lead is responsible for assisting the Shift Supervisors with overseeing the production floor and all maintenance related duties and requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist Shift Supervisors with overseeing production line and production staff
- Equipment setup and operation, record data, inventory control
- Follow quality and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Strong mechanical ability
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and self-motivated
- Must be able to lift 25 kg (55 lbs)

**Compensation and benefits**:

- $24 to $28/hour, depending on qualifications and experience
- Position starts with 4 weeks of paid time off

**Additional Information**:
Shift work required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 84 per week
