Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Utilize HeavyBid software to create detailed project bids
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure accurate pricing
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Review and understand project scope to provide comprehensive estimates
- Maintain documentation of all estimates and pricing information

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in HeavyBid software is highly preferred
- Strong ability to interpret build requirements and project specifications
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to negotiate prices effectively
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software is a plus
