Shylo Home Healthcare is currently looking for **Live-in Caregivers **with a desire to provide professional and compassionate care to our senior clients.

We are also always looking for Caregivers willing to work one or two days per week as back-up and fill-in.

- International Students in Canada with a Nursing Degree
- Nursing/LPN students currently enrolled in a program
- BC Care Aid/Community Health Worker registered applicants

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Home Care or Nursing and/or certificate in Health Care Assistant or Community Health (foreign-trained nurses welcome)
- Valid First Aid with CPR C certificate
- Valid Criminal Record Check (with vulnerable sector)
- Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
- Covid-19 Vaccination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Live In Caregiver: From $215 per day

Home Support Worker: From $20.00/hr

**Home Support Workers** work under the direction of a Shylo Nursing Supervisor following an individual Care Plan to provide home support services to our clients - assist clients with the Activities of Daily Living within varied settings to promote maximum independence - observe and document on client’s health condition and environment, report significant and unsafe observations and provides support and guidance as well as input and feedback in the care planning process. - Personal Support Worker Certificate or Health Care Aide Certificate and BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registration number is preferred - one to two years of recent experience an asset - Clean BCDL and vehicle are not required for this position, but they are helpful - COVID-19 considerations: Quality Face Masks provided to all Caregivers at time of hiring and PPEs provided on-site if required.
