**Essential Functions Statement(s)**
- Inspect, evaluate, and repair equipment at customer's location using best practices for root cause analysis and quality service provision
- Communicate with customers to discuss job requirements, provide recommendations and service options, listen to customer concerns, and provide status updates during service call and at completion
- Evaluate customer future needs and communicate information through appropriate channels
- Complete job-related reports and forms on a timely basis
- Plan and schedule travel to best meet customer requirement, service schedule requirement, time efficiency, and cost efficiency
- Back-up as repair technician, assembly technician, and/or customer support specialist when not on a service call
