**About the Role**: We are seeking a highly passionate and skilled Optometrist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an Optometrist at CARE INC, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive eye care services to our patients. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a new graduate, we welcome you to be part of our mission to improve vision health and enhance lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough eye examinations, including visual acuity, refraction, and ocular health assessments
- Diagnose and manage eye conditions such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia
- Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other visual aids
- Detect and manage eye diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy
- Collaborate with our team of opticians, technicians, and administrative staff
- Educate patients on proper eye health, hygiene, and preventive measures

**Requirements**:

- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree or equivalent
- Current license as a practicing optometrist.
- Experience in eye exams, diagnosis, and management of ocular diseases
- Proficiency in prescribing eyewear and/or contact lenses
- Excellent patient communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and software necessary for proper eye exams
