Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, prioritizing workload and effectively managing manpower. - Yard Organization & Maintenance: Oversee the organization of materials, equipment, and storage areas within the yard for optimal efficiency and accessibility. Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs, taking appropriate action to address them. - Equipment Management: Coordinate the maintenance, servicing, and repairs of yard equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety compliance. Allocate equipment as needed for various yard activities, optimizing equipment usage and availability. - Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, reordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of required materials. - Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of yard activities, equipment usage, inventory levels, and maintenance activities.
