We’re seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Installer to join our team, bringing expertise and professionalism to diverse projects ranging from commercial developments to high-profile retail spaces.

**Position Overview**: At TINT’D, our installers work on a wide variety of projects—from major commercial builds to standout retail spaces. We’re looking for someone who’s adaptable, hands-on, and confident tackling the technical side of installations with a high level of care and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Install Manager to execute scheduled projects and specifications.
- Arrive on-site punctually, professionally dressed, and ready to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Install window film (solar, decorative, security), vinyl graphics, and signage (interior/exterior) with precision and adherence to industry standards.
- Ability to use tools like tape measure, heat gun, squeegees, film handler and a steady hand with a razor blade to achieve flawless results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently and creatively.
- Document project details accurately and in a timely manner.
- Accurately interpret proofs, blueprints, and client specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Minimize material waste and ensure safety protocols are met.
- Conduct site evaluations and communicate timelines clearly.
- Report project issues promptly to the Install Manager and propose proactive solutions.
- Ensure all completed work meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Participate in team training and product updates.
- Maintain tools, supplies, and company vehicles in excellent condition.
- Represent the TINT’D brand with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of related installation experience (window film, graphics, signage, or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Comfort and experience working at heights - Aerial platforms, bucket trucks, ladders, and scaffolding.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Able to read a tape measure and have accurate measuring skills.
- Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and adhere to WorkSafe BC standards.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
