Go Powersports Limited is growing and requires a driven individual to fill the role of **BUSINESS MANAGER ** in their Kentville location

As a **BUSINESS MANAGER**, you will be primarily responsible for presenting & acquiring the best financing options available to our customers. You will also guide our customers towards their most secure purchase by extending options such as extended warranties, pre-paid maintenance and a variety of insurances. By tailoring the purchase experience to each customer’s individual needs you will ensure superior customer service.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Securing prime & subprime financing options for new unit sales
- Advising customers on most secure & comprehensive purchases (warranties, service & maintenance plans and personalized insurance options)
- Completing transparent convenience trades for private sales
- Processing trade-in sale value of pre-owned units
- Preparing paperwork/certificates for new units
- Being a team-player, working closely with Sales Consultants and the Parts & Service Department

**About You**
- You are a personable and friendly individual who works effectively within a team environment but is also driven to work independently and meet company metrics
- You have experience working in sales and in customer service
- You have a minimum of five years work experience financial services (advising customers about loans and/or insurances)
- A diploma/degree in Economics or Business is an asset

Go Powersports Limited is a perennial top-ten BRP dealer in Canada and has four times been recognized as BRP’s district dealer of the year. In 2021 we were BRP’s National Off-Road Dealer of the Year for Canada.

We are the only authorized dealer in Western Nova Scotia for BRP and CFMoto. We sell CanAm off-road & on-road vehicles, SkiDoo snowmobiles and SeaDoo personal water craft and pontoon boats. We also sell and service Manitou and Alumacraft boats, Mercury outboard engines, and Sealver wave boats. We are Nova Scotia’s only Piaggio and Vespa scooter dealers.
